包租浴池比較細，2個大浴場都幾好。
距離車站有點遠，但有免費接駁車。
食物質素唔錯，晚餐沒有山形牛，只有早餐有。

酒店服務真的極好!!!! 當天突然下暴雪,JR停運, 我比預期到達時間還晚了3-4小時, 快要晚上12點才到達JR站。結果,酒店幫我預留了我們6人的晚餐, 還到JR站等我再用接駁車送我!!!! 到達酒店食飯時, 米飯還是每人即煮的,飯和燒肉都是熱的, 而且甜品還放在雪櫃裡。真的令我十分驚喜! 我非常推薦這間酒店!
ホテルのサービスは本当に素晴らしいです!!!! その日は突然の吹雪でJRが運休し、予定より3～4時間遅れてJRの駅に着いたのは12時近くでした。 その結果、ホテルは私たち6人の夕食を予約し、シャトルバスに連れて行ってもらう前にJRの駅で待っていてくれました!暑いし、デザートはまだ冷蔵庫にあります。 本当に嬉しい驚きでした!このホテルを強くお勧めします!
The hotel service is really excellent!!!! There was a sudden snowstorm that day and JR was suspended. I arrived 3-4 hours later than expected and arrived at the JR station almost 12pm. As a result, the hotel reserved dinner for the 6 of us, and waited for me at the JR station before taking me to the shuttle bus! It's hot, and the desserts are still in the refrigerator. I was really pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this hotel!

酒店不錯，房間空間算大，包含的早餐晚餐都很贊。入住的台灣人很多，露天温泉基本給他們的旅行團包場的，普通散客衹能用室內的。有台灣服務生，中文可以溝通。離樹冰的纜車要開車半小時。

Overall the onsen hotel was great. Multiples bath onsen to try. stayed for 2 nights here. Breakfast and dinner served in the room with varieties of local dishes.
Negative points mainly due to hotel didn't check the email frequently. emailed to arrange shuttle service from nearest JR station weeks before stay but ended up no reply Nd we have to drag our luggages to the onsen.
Breakfast only start after 730am which is too late for traveller who has plan to visit.

We stay here for 2 nights. This ryokan is modern style. Room is very nice and spacious, Onsen is great (both public and private onsen) but the best is outdoor onsen on the rooftop. The dinner is very delicious indeed and they serve lot of different dishes. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful. Highly recomnended for those who enjoy excellent onsen and very delicious food.

館內有非常詳細的中文版住宿、泡湯介紹與說明，無論是周邊景點、商店或是伴手禮介紹都很清楚，如果有問題也可以問旅館內的台灣工作人員，他們都很樂意幫助旅客。 如果懶得出去的話，有馬館也有賣藏王最有名的夾心酥「樹冰羅曼」和上山名產「中條饅頭」，很方便～～ 館內有露天溫泉、家族包廂溫泉可以使用，大浴場部分還有岩盤浴，真的療癒！ 來溫泉旅館除了想泡溫泉之外，也想體驗日本的溫泉料理，有馬館的晚餐跟早餐都很豐富又好吃，而且還有中文的飲料單，點餐超方便！

Arimakan made my trip to Kaminoyama-onsen unforgettable. I had a great time enjoying the onsen. The atmosphere was very relaxing. A special thanks to managing director Daiki Suto for his warm welcome and his precious recommandations. I highly recommend.
