ゲストに満足していただこうとする温かい対応に感謝しております。特にバイクでの宿泊でしたが、専用のスペースが無かったのですが、玄関前の場所を案内してくださいました。大事なバイクでしょう、ここなら雨露も凌げますし、目も行き届きます…このフロントマンの言葉にホテルの姿勢を感じました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの対応も丁寧でよかった。喫煙室を利用しましたが、意外とたばこの匂いがせず気持ちよく過ごせました。

駅近で目の間にコンビニがあったり飲食店も多く、立地は最高です。部屋もシンプルだがアメニティなど配慮されており居心地も良かった。

禁煙室を予約したにもかかわらず入室したとたん煙草の臭いが鼻につき、フロントに連絡したところ早急に部屋を変える対応をしてくれました。しかしながら、もし満室で交換する部屋がなかったらどうなっていたのか？ 宿泊者のモラルの問題ですが、清掃時に気が付かなかった疑問です。古くからあるホテルなので設備が古いのは仕方がないことと思いますが、サイドテーブルの照明スイッチや洗面シャワーの温度を示す印刷が剥げて消えていたので不便でした。
