Vet clean and warm and well situated off the highway. The front desk service was exceptional and the simple breakfast tasty. A good value place to stay.......and there is a good sports bar up the road

This is a standard Travelodge in the high part of the city, away from the homeless population and near the main highway. Elevator to the upper floors. Access from outside. Adequate parking. Breakfast included a waffle maker that wasn't plugged in, fruit, muffins, yoghurt, etc. Beds were fine. Room temperature was fine.

The traffic noise from the highway was a bit of a bother. But it was a clean, well maintained hotel.

Never go here. Stayed Mar 16-18, 2024 Theft of 3 x $100 bills. I took out $300 from my wallet and set it aside in the room. The next morning I forgot to pick up the $300.00 cash that I left in the room when I checked out. The money simply disappeared. I know I’m stupid to leave cash around. Still one does hope for honesty: not here. I will happily withdraw this review if the hotel contacts me and returns my money. Now The manager does 3 jobs: Desk clerk, Manager and Room Cleaner. Boy did I get cleaned. I went back to the hotel twice to search the room hoping beyond hope to find my money in the room and it was nowhere to be found. Go figure. No effort was made to contact me. Maybe she thought it was a tip! I guess cash conquers honesty. No tip for this place. AC doesn’t work, feathers from a bird nest lay for 3 days outside the door on the carpeted sidewalk on the 2nd floor.

The Tavel Lodge in Kamloops on the hill, was nice and clean in the room I stayed in. It was convenient to walk to the meetings that I had to attend, and the morning breakfast included with the stay was convenient as well. I would definitely stay at the Kamloops Travel Lodge again.
