We have been staying at Scott's Inn every time we go to Kamloops. we have always been satisfied. This time the cleanliness of the room was below their usual standards.

Genuinely nice staff. Very nice room. Hallways could be cleaner. But the building architecture makes that challenging. Quirky restaurant is interesting and convenient. All the servers are keepers. Sun Peaks is easy drive.

There was a scent when I opened the door. It was fine after a while.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Had dinner and it was excellent! Great quality value and very tasty. The staff are amazing and the small town Cafe atmosphere is perfect. Ive been coming here as a regular for years and the food always satisfies the soul. Thank you again, we'll be back!
