Although we were told that we would be contacted within 72 hours with information on how to check in, we received no communication and it was difficult to get through on the phone, so this was the only thing we were dissatisfied with.
The room was very nice, and our family of 10 had a great time!

The place was very clean, and there was plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils, so it was very comfortable.
The kids were delighted with the spacious and clean room.

・I didn't receive an email with my room number and PIN code before my stay. I was told over the phone, "I sent you an email, did you receive it?"
・Breakfast bread hadn't arrived yet. I contacted them in the morning, but they called me after I'd checked out. They said they would refund the breakfast cost of ¥2,400 from the accommodation fee at a later date (which would take two months).

It was very convenient to be able to walk to Kamogawa Sea World.
The only thing I would like to see improved is that although there is supposed to be one parking space reserved for each building, a second car from another building was parked there and we couldn't park.
There is a temporary parking lot outside the premises, but there was no announcement about it so we had to inquire.
I think it would be better to specify which parking lot people in this building should park in.
There was also a water leak from the air conditioner on the second floor.
I stayed for two nights but no spare bath towels were provided and I was told to wash them myself in the washer/dryer provided.
I felt that this was not very friendly.
