Thank you for taking care of my daughter and two grandchildren.
The room was spacious and clean, and the children were treated with care and consideration during meals, so we were able to have a fun time.

Only one of the three elevators was working, and the check-in time overlapped with other guests, so there was a long line for the elevator. It took 30 minutes to get on. It was quite inconvenient to have to wait for the elevator to go to the large public bath. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here without meals. The room on the 13th floor was a little old, but it was a 2LDK (condominium). There was a kitchen and the bathroom in the room was large (although we didn't use it). It was spacious with an ocean view, so it felt like we were at a resort. My wife was excited and said "Let's book again!" The bath in the tower building was not a hot spring, and there was no open-air bath either. I think the owners on the upper floors probably use it too. It wasn't hot, so we were able to take a nice long soak. It was a shame that yukatas were not allowed. There were lotions and other products in the washroom area.

The hotel is 33 stories tall and only one elevator was working due to repairs.
The view from the suite bathroom was beautiful, but there was a slight hippopotamus-like smell and the shower door didn't close all the way, causing water to leak into the dressing room and making the floor slippery.
The view from the room was nice, but the facility seemed a little old.
