Kamenoi Hotel Kamogawa

We stayed with our 10-month-old baby, and the abundance of baby amenities was a lifesaver. We borrowed a baby bathtub, a diaper pail, and bottle cleaning solution with a brush. (We brought our own baby futon and a portable playpen.) We requested these items at check-in, and they were promptly brought to our room, which was incredibly helpful. Since we stayed on a weekday, we were lucky they were available. As there's a limited supply, it might be a good idea to request them in advance. Our Japanese-style room was very clean. We also appreciated that there were no major steps, except for the one at the entrance.

My husband and I, along with our two elementary school-aged children, stayed there as a group of four. The room was a bit small for four people. However, the food, both the dinner and breakfast buffets, was delicious and of a high standard, and all four of us were very satisfied. The bath also had a nice view, was clean, and comfortable. We would like to stay there again.

We stayed here as friends, both parents with children under 5 years old. We accessed the hotel by local bus from Kamogawa Station. We were greeted in a very clean and well-serviced lobby. The buffet offered a wide variety of local produce, making it enjoyable to choose and eat. What the children enjoyed most was the newly renovated kids' room. They were thrilled with the beautiful play equipment, and since it wasn't too crowded at that time of year, we were able to let them play at their leisure.

I was bothered by the long lines and delays at both check-in and check-out.

The service quality at the reception is not good. The facilities are old and inadequate.
