Location-wise, this is a good place… the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is big enough, the front desk is super good, they helped me solve all my problems, repaired my eyes, arranged a tour guide and driver, sent water and knives to the room, I bought mangoes, the restaurant service is also good, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is high.

A really nice and relaxing oasis in the middle of Kampala. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are really nice and friendly. Location is perfect for exploring different parts of Kampala and Uganda. The rooms are good value for money and are very nice and clean. Good nights sleep guaranteed.

It was in the main town so local to shops, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast could have more variety for vegetarians and it took a while to get toast and coffee.

Great value, decent breakfast, good WiFi, hot water, good cleanliness. Smart TV with Netflix (if you have your own account). Great view from the room. Nice family room.

Garage parking was terrible 😞 every time I had to report to reception in order to open for me or even getting out!🤔

For $50/night, my expectations were higher. The hotel is inside a very busy commercial center. The area itself appears to be a commercial hub. The noise levels were bearable as the rooms are on higher levels. I will say, the staff are nice and the room is clean but it's super basic and the lighting is poor. No value for money, at least for me!

Had a bad experience. Simple as that. I literally had to cut my stay short by a day and half. Poor or nonexistent customer service. They (staffs) are all walking around like you owed them to be there.

Very pleasant place in the centre of the City. I liked the breakfast, buffet style within your accommodation rates. Very good staff too.....

I could not say enough about my experience at Koki Hotel. Ecxept I had a 5-star Experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was great and met all requests. The room exceeded my expectations. The cleaning staff was awesome. The restaurant crew was wonderful and always accommodating. The restaurant chef was great The reception desk with above and beyond. The kindness they showed my mother who has memory issues was so touching. One night she locked herself out of her room and was getting really irritated but she was treated with gentleness. She could not operate the air conditioner but each time she caleed the front desk they approached her with patience and kindness. I could not say enough about the hotel and ots staff. If you want a first- class experience ar an affordable price, please try Koki. It is located on top of a shopping center where all of you needs can be met. Despite it being in a very busy area, it was quit. My room faced the busy square and I did not hear noise. I want to say THANK YOU for making my NYE Holiday a great one. Yes also enjoed the celebration at the hotel! Never saw fireworks and white birds simultaneously at the strike of midnight. The host of the NYE celebration was also spectacular. I only have one regret, that I could not have stayed longer.

Location was in a very busy area. Rooms are spacious and clean with A/C and fridge and bed was wide and good. Breakfast was good with omelette cooking station, pancakes and fresh fruits Negative Internet was working only from one device. You have to use 2 elevators to get into your room No good restaurants and supermarkets nearby hotel Coffee at the breakfast was Nescafé

Koki is a new hotel. It's well appointed, clean and everything works. The staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel has a simple restaurant and no bar. The location is convenient to many things but the neighborhood is pretty hectic. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well. It was a bit noisy at times.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Great central location.
