Nice hotel

Price is higher than other countries around but the hotel is new & worth

The restaurant has a very classy and exotic feel. The waitresses are caring and have good customer service. We were served by Victoria,a very hospitable lady. There is ample parking space . The food has a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had a birthday dinner that had become a great memory for our friend group. Food was tasty and we were well taken care of by all the decent waitresses and waiters. Emma was my favorite because of his friendly and cautious personality. Great ambiance

My friends and I enjoyed the place and we had a good time. We were well served by Emmanuel who left a smile on our faces. They have many sitting places but the Kololo bar lounge has a beautiful view with a cool breeze and beautiful scenery. They keep the place clean and we saw them changing pillows. Emmanuel gave us the best service as he was hospitable, fun and full of smile. I would recommend the place to anyone and come again.

The services wea nice and we wea served by Emmanuel and the place is cool And I really enjoyed the food and drinks wea on point I can recommend ma friends to visit this place as well and I wish to come back again.... then the seats wea comfortable and the place is also clean

Had a great 5 day stay at Four Points. The facilities are new, tasteful and comfortable, with nice views from the rooms, restaurants and top floor pool (no gardens). The staff is all kind and helpful. You are in walking distance to good restaurants. Will come back! In terms of rooms, mattress and pillows were very good for this light sleeper. I stayed in 2 different ones because of an AC issue, both located in the quiet side of the building. The first two weekday nights were in room 213 which was the most quiet, though views were less inspiring but not bad anyway. Room 703 had very nice views of distant Lake Victoria, but it is right underneath the top floor restaurant, and on a Friday night, the music was very loud and couldn’t sleep even while wearing ear plugs. Could even feel the beat drums in the furniture. Music was over at midnight. The rest of the weekend the music level was lower so had no issues sleeping. I don’t remember the names of all staff, but extending my thanks to all of them for their great service, including Lawrence at the ground floor restaurant. :)

Amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was great. Food was top. The gym was great, had everything we needed. Staff were also amazing especially Lawrence and Peter. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Make sure to say hello to Lawrence and Peter.
