Stayed at Latitude for a 3-day conference (two nights) and it was fantastic. The staff is so professional and kind, the facilities are beautiful, the rooms incredibly comfortable, and the food was excellent. Definitely will be back!

The telltale sign was there when Florence over the phone was quite peeved that she didn’t have a slot for me that day. She insisted I find time later and was glad I did! I knew there and then from the smiles from Florence and Philomena, when I showed up, that being the sucker I was for good customer service, I was never ever going to leave this place. The decor and ambience of the spa, the light and air is really something. Do carry some reading material and spend some more time there enjoying their lovely coffee. I was placed in the magical hands of Dr. Rita, the most skilful masseuse ever. I call her ‘Dr.’ because once she felt the sorry state of my back, she took it as a personal challenge to fix it, even compelling me to extend my one hour therapy time. I have never been so pressed and kneaded. But I can swear I am now much taller for it, just not sure why my friends haven’t noticed. Much respect Dr. Rita. Now I know about palmistry and all that. But when Amanda the Pedicurist diagnosed my flatulence on her first touch of my right foot, I was really stumped. I spent the rest of her time rather pensive that she would discern my other frailties of an even more confidential nature. Being a Sunday, lovely music wafted up from the brunch area, with the smoke of the Sunday roast. Excellent experience all round. Must do this again and again.

Expert worthy value each penny best Eid celebration everything on point best service staff with smile word no doesn't u can't hear it ,the environment is very nice away from noisy kampala city centre hidden hill of makindye we can't forget to thank kizza Ivan he offered recommendable service was exceptional and made our day he earned 10/10 😀👍bravo we shall be back soon for Sunday brunch

Had Easter Holiday 2024 at Latitude 0 degrees with family. I am still amazed at how one hotel assembles the best of everything in one place. Food was very delicious, the rooms and everywhere is super clean, the staff are so kind and professional , the front desk team, the waiters (Grace, Okot, Elizabeth, Robert x 2 ) I will not forget your services. Such beautiful place as well. In the words of my 7 year old son Jaymin “ This hotel has satisfied me the most, it should be a tourist landmark “

We had a fantastic stay at Latitude 0 during our trip to Kampala. It's in a peaceful location, away from the bustle of the city and with sweeping views out to Lake Victoria. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, the food excellent and varied, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A true gem!

We had a mini vacation for my partners birthday and the stay was nothing short of exquisite, the service, the cleanliness, the room decor, the drinks and food. everything was magnificent, I will definitely be coming back.
