Went for lunch and swim One of us a vegan Hardly any thing on menu for vegan What surprised us was duty manager had no clue about being a vegan(more training) Food was of middling quality and after a long wait came luke warm Waitress Doreen treated us well Swimming pool area was clean Receptionist at Spa didn't seem to interested Visit Kabira if you want a good day out

I stayed at Silver Springs Hotel, Bugolobi in Kampala, A very beautiful and serene hotel with a peaceful outdoor garden ambience. I found it to be very inviting, and clean and comfortable and safe. Wi-Fi was good. Nathan and Staff was very polite, courteous and accommodating. Airport Pick-Up was arranged for an additional cost. Toilets near the Front Desk were very, very Clean. I enjoyed our dinner and breakfast buffet in the Hotel Restaurant. The children absolutely loved the beautiful swimming pool. We purchased 1-hour swimming lessons for our 7 year old. The one-on0one lesson started on the shallow end of the pool, by the end of the hour he was at the deep end of the pool. Silver Springs is my Go-To Hotel whenever I am in Kampala. I did not utilize the gym or conference/banquet facilities.

The hotel was fair for the price. However, fruits in the morning's breakfast was always the same. Efforts could be been made to add variety.

My first time staying overnight at this property ... it was decent and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for more than 3 weeks during the recent lockdown while working in the brewery at PortBell So we were in the hotel from dark every evening until leaving for work the following morning I had one of the suites which was spacious and well planned There is an excellent large TV in each room which i could use with an HDMI cable to view video output from my laptop The broadband in the rooms was more than adequate for Zoom calls and general internet usage including Netflix etc The breakfast buffet was closed due to COVID but the fruit, bread and cooked breakfast was all perfectly acceptable The dinner menu is varied with an excellent selection of Indian dishes complementing the more usual choices The chef should be complimented on his excellence In the time there we had up to 4 people staying all for extended time and we had no food related illness which is a great tribute to the cleanliness of the kitchen The swimming pool is about 25 metres and is spotlessly clean There is a gym - which I did not frequent but some of the others in the party did and it is also quite acceptable. In summary a really good place to stay if you are working in the Bugolobi area
