The hotel has spacious rooms and centrally located. The place looks neglected and forlorn. The staff are nice, but never keep their promise. They promised to deliver complementary water and never did even after several reminders. The breakfast was extremely basic - just fruits and toast (had ran out of everything else). The internet is weak and keeps dropping - could not support a Zoom call. In summary, the hotel can be nice if the management gave it some attention.

The hotel offers everything one needs for a short or long stay. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed my small apar**ent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ordered via reception on the evening before, and the choices are rich. Since I was the only guest in the whole hotel I had the whole attention of the staff for myself... what a luxury. The hotel is not top-shot in Kampala, but definitely worth the money paid. The only disadvantage is the loud Lumumba Avenue, however, the noise level depends on which side is your room. During the night it's quiet anyway.

This place is centrally located with huge appar**ents and comfortable couches!
However there are no utensils to use, so the kitchen is not usable. Also the Microwave didn’t work. So while I loved the size, don’t expect to cook there.
The staff is amazing and lovely! Absolutely top notch - kudos to all of you.
The Gym is insanely good! Best gym in a hotel if you like working out and lifting. Wish all hotels understood this. New Technogym gear - great!
The pool was dirty and would not touch. I think it has to do with the pollution in Kampala, rather than the hotel. Breakfast was very big and good, served by the nicest lady.
Honestly I would recommend this place, despite some shortcomings. The staff, gym and size of appar**ents was plenty enough for me

Es waren kaum Gäste, das große Hotel wirkte verlassen. Zimmer sehr groß mit bequemen Bett, Moskitonetzt war nicht optimal plaziert.
Frühstück einfach aber OK.
Die Lage is ausgezeichnet in einem der besseren Viertel, zu Fuß sind viele innerstädtische Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erlaufen.

Very large room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple,but OK Many attractions and some nice restaurants are in walking distance, as the location is very central and safe. There were no other gusts, the hotel appeared kind of deserted and probably had seen better days
