Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal einschließlich Sicherheitsdienst sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer haben AC. Aus fünf Tagen wurden drei Wochen, da das Tick Hotel einen schönen Swimming Pool hat. Meine Lieblingspizza war die Tick Pizza. Köstlicher Wein aus Südafrika. Und natürlich Nile Beer. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Noisy place, dirty rooms with dirty curtains, bathrooms take long to drain and are dirty in corners. rusty too. daily parties, and staff make lots of noise all over the place, please improve on the noise especially.

everything was awesome. thanks to the staff of tick hotel, they are friendly and nice.. i enjoyed the services, SAUNA, GYM, SWIMMING POOL, the BAR robins, the best of all with music... I will be glad to be back .. thanks

We paid over USD$ 8000 for a number of staff transiting through the area in April and May 2023. Despite allowing our staff to stay, we were then presented with a demand suggesting that we'd paid to the wrong account, and therefore had to pay the same again. We paid into the bank account the hotel provided, following which they claimed their email account had been hacked, and the details we were given were incorrect. However, the bank details we paid into, matched the name of the hotel and all of the details in the 'hacked' email concerning our staff were correct. They threatened to call the police in on the basis of not having paid our bill, despite numerous emails from them trying to have the payment sorted out and confirming that we had paid. I would avoid this place like the plague.
