금연건물이 좋았고 청결한 룸 상태가 좋았다.
다만, 외부 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 소란스러워서 잠을 못잠. 창호를 개선해야 함.
또한 샤워기에서 따뜻한물이 나오지 않아 정비가 필요하고 냉장고 효능이 좋지 못했다.
