The staff were very friendly and willing to help even late at night I was very satisfied with the service. It’s in a remote area but besides that it was a great stay

The hygienic level of this hotel needs more attention. The room is monopolized by the huge bed. Toilet not clean enough but the bed is comfy.

Cleanliness not good. Especially windows area. Got lizard inside my room. Bath towel not absorb water. Lobby area arrangement not very well.

First time staying here. In the initial place, they have given me a room without window (perhaps it is noisy since it is near the road), but I have requested for change of room with window. The room wasn’t clean, with two dead cockroaches under the table, stained pillow cases and blanket. There is only shampoo and bath in the toilet, with the toilet paper soaked wet as well. Best of all, the door does not close fully and you have to make sure that it is closed properly. Don’t think I will be back to this hotel again.
