The hotel is better except that the swimming pool is closed. The Thai style is beautiful and worth experiencing. The bathtub and the bathroom are okay. The staff at the front desk are talkative and enthusiastic. It is very far from the city and the suburbs. The gym is also closed.

The decoration of the room is at the domestic 4-star level, which is a little simple. The front desk can speak simple Chinese, and English communication is barrier-free. The hotel breakfast is not bad. Although it is not as good as the five-star, the four-star breakfast should not be a big problem, but the gym is very good, and the swimming pool is not bad. It's small, and the location is not far from the airport, but it's not in the urban area. There is a bar area on the top floor. Because tourism has not fully recovered, there are not many people staying there.

This is a hotel invested and developed by Chinese. The hotel service staff can speak a little Chinese and the service is enthusiastic. The decoration of the hotel is definitely considered a high-end hotel in Cambodia. The breakfast in the hotel is okay and can satisfy the taste buds of Chinese people. The hotel is very close to Aeon 2 Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and travel. The key point is that it is not easy for Chinese people to invest overseas. Especially for such a large hotel apar**ent project with a large inves**ent amount, the difficulties and pressure encountered are also very great. We must support overseas Chinese investors and highly recommend this hotel to stay!

Hotel is a beautiful design and a retreat from life in Phnom Penh. Pool is spectacular and restaurant was great quality too. Room - especially bathroom - was a bit tired looking, but super comfy bed and hugely spacious room. We escaped to this hotel because of renovations being done at the hotel we originally booked. Instead we were bombarded with Buddhist chanting for our two night stay and while the GM was lovely and very apologetic, the situation could have been handled better. A comp coffee or meal would have been a nice touch….but didn’t happen Hotel is beautiful but very isolated - at least 30-40 mins to downtown and not many options to eat outside the resort (locally anyway). And no spa services either. A beautiful place….but a few too many pitfalls for us to rate it more than 3 star.

Picturesque pool area, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Dreadfully loud family ruined the trip, leaving dirty nappies and waste all around the pool area whilst shouting constantly Wouldn't go again as it seems to be a gamble on who else is there. This giant family dominated the entire hotel and started the day by waking us up. Not the relaxing retreat we were after. Either the hotel should have a rule prohibiting young children, or they should advertise as a family establishment where children are free to run amok and screech.
