Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort

This was my second time visiting Nyaung Oo Phee. This time, I came for my honeymoon with my wife. For both of us, these are truly unforgettable moments. Nyaung Oo Phee is still as beautiful and peaceful as ever. The staff treat guests like brothers and sisters. This time, our guide was Ko Win Naing. He is very kind and really good at swimming and communicating with us. I was also very happy to meet Ko Nyi Zaw again, who guided us on our first trip. Nyaung Oo Phee is excellent at preserving its underwater beauty, and I can’t praise it enough. My wife and I swam together, and the moments we spent enjoying the beauty of the island and listening to the sound of the waves are priceless—nothing can compare to them. I love you so much, my wifey I’m also very happy to have met our guide Ko Win Naing. I wish him good health and happiness always. It was a joyful honeymoon.

We were having a nice time at this island, thankful for the tour service and caring about us. Water is so clear, look like jelly sea. The atmosphere is chill and fullfill with nature, Will come back again.

Spectacular uninterrupted views over looking the islands. Beautiful sunsets hotel is to a very high western standard. Service was excellent, rooms well appointed and friendly Burmese hospitality.

A very beautiful hotel that I can highly recommend. A very well-maintained property with lots of greenery, wonderful pools, and an organic garden. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. We had a villa with a sea view and enjoyed a beautiful view — like paradise. The staff is very attentive and courteous. They always helped us very well whenever we had a question. We would be very happy to come back.

Victoria Cliff Resort is an absolute gem in the southernmost town in Myanmar. The Resort is about 4 miles from town on the west cliffs overlooking the water. There is a lovely view of the sunset from the dining area. The staff are top notch. Graceful, helpful, and knowledgable. I took a long tail boat over from Ranong, and the staff of VC messaged me where to meet the driver who took me directly here. Nice to not have to haggle with the taxi guys all lined up by the dock. The atmosphere is ridiculously pleasant. There is soothing music piped into the main area, and a cool breeze blows through the modern take on traditional Burmese architecture. I stayed in a bungalow by the koi pond, and it was spacious, quiet, clean and cozy. There are two pools, a gym, spa, bar, restaurtant, and a karaoke room. I spent afternoons in the upper pool overlooking the sea, and felt like a king. This evening one little sea plane flew over, and startled me. That's when I realized it's extra peaceful here with a welcomed lack of air traffic. If you want a high quality vacation not yet swamped with tourists, you can't ask for better than Victoria Cliff Resort.
