Food was good but the hotel is not maintained at all. Bathrooms were degrading, there were lots of mosquitoes, ac is very old not functioning well

This is a very old property and looks run down. Also it is inside a college campus. There is nothing around. When we stayed in april 2024, the approach road was not tarred making it slushy when it rained. The staff is very courteous and food is good and reasonably priced.

The location of the hotel is not good and there is a big stinky garbage dump right outside the hotel and despite request they did not change my room 2. I ordered chilly pane-er and they mixed it with chicken, they apologized for it but i also raised a complaint with make my trip and didn’t get any solution.

Room was not upto mark. Electric kettle not working, intercom not working which i fixed it myself, water was clogging in the bathroom
bed, bedsheet, blanket was good, study table was good but the notepad on the table had just one page. Although electric kettle was defective, reception offered to fix it, but it was too late as we were nearing check out time. Anyway the kitchen gave us one tea pot hotwater. Ginger is a very good brand, didn't expect these drawbacks.

Very friendly staff. Food is normal and not very spice. I felt the food homely. Rooms are comfortable.
