Door key not working. Washroom door lock not working. Lift is very small. Breakfast is too much horrible.

Hotel was clean and hygienic. Staffs and location both are good, nearby many markets are there. But food was not good and same breakfast every day with only less options. Basic amenities was not there.

We stayed there for two nights. Room was specious and clean. Breakfast spread was decent. Location is superb. You can easily get cabs/e-rickshaw/auto for roaming around the city or to visit shillong. Just outside the hotel, plenty of options are there for shopping and enriching your taste buds. Staffs are well behaved and always ready to help you.

Rooms, bedsheets, towels are very dirty. Room service and housekeeping are also not properly attentive. Poor quality compare to price
