Crazy Horse RV Resort

Crazy Horse RV has extended themselves to our late night check-in’s, made the process very easy and provides a safe place to stay. Steton, worked with us when we were passing through town to take care of our son’s estate in AZ, couldn’t have been more helpful and nice to work with. Thank you for your compassion. We will continue to stay here every time we visit that area. Thank you!

We booked this property months in advance through a 3rd party platform that represented Crazy horse. Since we were returning customers, I asked if there was a discount. The email response indicated the discount would be reflected but I had to return to their website. I had difficulty accessing the website. So, I gave up and saved the email so I could present it at the time of check in. During check in, management refused to honor the written discount. Not happy. Additionally, during our two day stay, the WiFi was sporadic which was very frustrating. The cabin we rented was clean and functional but we will not return since they refused to honor the written documentation reflecting we were entitled to a discount.

Nice community room. Bathrooms/showers updated and clean. Sites roomy with easy access and level. Good Wi-Fi. Great book/DVD exchange selection.

Unit was ok . No coffee maker after I was told it would be included . Naw lock was installed a few weeks before I arrived . The check in kid couldn’t open the door so I asked for a key . He finally gave me a key and I had a copy made . Unfortunately it would not unlock the original door lock . I broke a window to get in because my medication and electronics were inside and no one was at the office . They had a maintenance man onsite , but I was never made aware of that until the next morning when I told the kid I had to break the window to get in . So much for communication . He told me I was the only one who had trouble with the lock . It was only two weeks old , so I don’t know how often the unit was used . The maintenance man was very good and showed me how to use the lock . Very simple . I asked why the check in guy didn’t know . He gave me a different code and I drove him over to the unit and he couldn’t get in . The booking agent said she couldn’t discuss the window but the owner would contact me . I was charged $425 and called to ask why . The kid said it was for the window . I said ok and hung up . ? Why have two locks on a door when you can only use one ? And why aren’t you told when you arrive . Why aren’t you told about after hours problems are available . The kid was gone when I returned from getting the key made . No sign on the door about after hours help . All in all , as a previous business owner , the kid wouldn’t be working for me .

I went there for a family vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and we will be back, thank you for being so kind 😊😊

We had a fabulous stay at Crazy Horse in Kanab, Utah. The accommodations were great and the two bedroom cabin was very spacious. Nice friendly staff. I highly recommend you staying there.

What a great experience! We enjoyed our end of summer trip. They were kind and helpful. Will be returning! This may be our go to summer stop.

Overall it was a very nice property and stay, but had a half dead roach in the front door area when we woke up on the first morning and then the same night after we had left and come back, there was another roach in the bedroom. Normally it would be a lot lower of the review because of it, but given the area, I can understand having more bugs but the room was supposed to just be cleaned prior
