We booked this based on reviews but was one of the worse nights we have had on our 2 week road trip. Very noisy hotel!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT let them put you in rooms 102, 103 or worse of all 104. All three are by the only public restroom for the dinning room. You hear the door open and shut 100’s of times until nearly 11 PM and begins again around 6:30 AM. In 104 you share a wall with the public restroom. That was fun…. NOT! Room 104 should never be rented to a paying guest. Make it the managers office or a storage room. Another word of advice would be to require an upstairs room. We listened to the elephants upstairs walk back and forth to the restroom all night long. We thought the plaster on the ceiling would begin to fall on us. Good luck!

We discovered this place last year after eating at the attached Sego Restuarant, and decided to stay at the hotel the next time we went through Kanab. We are so glad we did. We had a beautiful and very comfortable room. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at Sego (amazing) and had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was simple, but flavorful and fresh. Highly recommend it all.

Lori at the front desk was phenomenal and so hospitable. The dinner at Sego was amazing. I honestly would have been satisfied having the asparagus by itself as my main course. It was so good. I would go back just for that lol.

We loved our stay here at Canyons! We normally use AirBnB's. We decided to stay in a hotel cause we wanted to be able to ask questions about the area. The front desk staff certainly delivered on that! They were so friendly and accommodating. They even were voluntarily looking up weather forecasts to help us decide which day to visit which site. The room was nice and spacious (another reason why we usually don't prefer hotels). We had plenty of room to unpack our stuff and get comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. The restaurant was amazing! We didn't think we would do breakfast there, but tried it once and then had it for the rest of the week. It was a good hot breakfast with lots of choices. We also had an incredible dinner there as well. The service at the restaurant is as top notch as the hotel.

The location is ideal for getting to both Zion and Bryce Canyon, and the hotel is lovely. Kanab is a small town, but it has a ton of charm and some excellent restaurants. Our King fireplace room was tranquil, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Staff was also above and beyond helpful. Wonderful place for a romantic getaway. The on-site restaurant for dinner or breakfast is highly recommended and very convenient. However, I would definitely request a room on the quieter side of the building (opposite side as the on-site restaurant).

This is a nice little Inn. The room and lobby are beautiful. Service was great. If you go they have a restaurant in house, (not affiliated), called Sego you must try for dinner. One of the best meals I ever had. Nice place for a couples get away..
