The beginning is always a good place to start. This hotel is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As soon as you walk up to the reception area, a few members of staff greeted us with a smile and a welcome. We checked in and a member of staff showed us to our room. She came in with us and told us briefly about the facilities the room had and how to control the air conditioning. The room we had chosen was a Premium garden room with partial sea view (we were allocated room 250) The room was immaculately clean and very spacious, the balcony was also well sized and had a table with two chairs. The view was absolutely amazing! The bar area/dining area is lovely, right on the front overlooking the beach and the sea, the staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch their every day and the food was great and the beer was ice cold! The beach itself is beautiful and the there are plenty of sunloungers so no needto rush down at 7am to reserve! We sometimes went on to the beach after 10 and still found two lounges. The hotel provide beach towels as you walk on to the beach and there are plenty to choose from. If you can't be bothered going to the bar there are plenty of staff who will take and bring your order to your longer. We did not eat at the hotel in the evening so I cannot comment on the food. The grounds are stunning and well maintained, you constantly see staff cleaning and brushing up. Around and about. There are two small supermarkets located within a very short walk of the hotel if you want to buy water, snacks, beer for your room. There are also a couple of cash machines. There are a handful of lovely bars along the front, a favourite of ours was The Captains bar, great atmosphere and views. We also enjoyed Valtos beach bar. I would highly recommend getting the water taxi to Parga town, only €3 each and only takes about 5 minutes. They run every 30 mins. You can also walk in to Parga, this takes about 30 minutes but does include an uphill slope and steps. I would also recommend getting the little red train in Parga which takes us out to Ali pasha Castle. It's quite high up so this is a great way to see it, plus the guide is brilliant, very informative and funny! Only €9 per person and lasts about 1hr 30 Overview+Brilliant stay, loved it and we will revisit!

The pillows and beds are amazing best nights sleep for along time we wanted to bring them home with us. The place was spotless my only downside was my terrace didn’t get cleaned and with the winds all debre and stains put me off sitting and using it apart from that everything else was perfect. We have been numerous times to this hotel and noticed this time breakfast was much busier than before so we got up earlier to enjoy a more peaceful breakfast. Staff are so polite and friendly. I would recommend a courtesy bus into town as taxis are difficult to get as not enough of them and husband doesn’t like boats plus you have to wait for them to fill before they set off sometimes uncomfortable in heat. We stayed in the original side in a terrace garden room beautiful fantastic size and position but bathroom ready for updating baths quite high to climb especially for older people.walk in showers would be appreciated. We look forward to our return in September parga beach resort is our special place. Thankyou team for all your help

Staying at Parga beach resort was a unique experience, with unique people who deserved to be mentioned everywhere for their kindness and hospitality. There are so many great hotels in Greece, but it is not case that you feel like at home. Design of the resort and each room was cosy and with beautiful taste. Plants in the resort were stunning, makes you feel great every day and so clever positioned that you have your privacy, but with natural barrier. We truly enjoyed ☀️😊

We had overall a very good holiday stay for one week, which we booked with TUI. We had booked an HORIZON SEA VIEW SUITE WITH BALCONY and they allocated us No. 251 which was excellent, and the balcony had good shade protection. This was important as we had high temperatures (daily 35-39 degrees) This was on the first floor and gave us a very good sea view as well as being next to a swimming pool with excellent shade. We had requested a King Size Bed or two twins together, but only a double bed was available. The Resort Gardens are extremely good with many swimming pools around which are the apartments, and plenty of shade from the mature trees and shrubs. The Ground Floor rooms are ideal as well for families with children. I do feel the location of the room is important and it is good to pre advise the Hotel of your requirements as we did so that they can do their best to allocate this for you. We liked in the gardens the Grand Bliss suites 134 and 135, and the Premium Garden Rooms 159,216,217. All the Hotel staff were extremely good and welcoming. We arrived after midnight due to delays in our flight from Gatwick but we noticed that our toilet was continuing to flush in the morning which we reported and in minutes a plumber was there to rectify. We were on Bed and Breakfast and the Breakfast was a buffet one in the main restaurant but from 9am would be very crowded (it opens at 7.30am) - We were not impressed with the laid out cooked foods, and individual ordering not allowed. The cold dishes gave a choice of fruits, breads etc and was ok but not inspiring. We did not eat in the Hotel for lunch or dinner as there are many other very good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Their private Beach has several rows of loungers, cinema style under somewhat small shades, and we were not impressed, especially in the high temperatures, and we did try for a few minutes but then we went back to our adjacent garden and the pool. The Beachfront walk across the Headland to Parga Town is very good and we did this several times, and also took a taxi, and also the water taxi. Both very good and cheap. TUI organised a full day boat trip to the PAXOS ISLAND villages and again this was exceptionally good. The TUI Representative GEORGE was always at the hotel and very helpful and gave us good advice of their excursions. This was one of several holidays we have booked with JODIE at the TUI Hempstead Valley, Rainham, Kent and again her excellent service and attention has given us another very good holiday. I would rate this PARGA RESORT HOTEL overall 4 Stars but the breakfast only 3 Stars. The Hotel should provide in the Suites the option of having a KING Bed or two twins and a better quality.

My friends and I had a lovely week at this hotel. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and we had a perfect sea view. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to give a special mention to Katerina, the Operations Manager who was so helpful. She helped us to arrange a memorable boat trip. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept which made the morning yoga class so peaceful. The hotel has the perfect beach location and it is also fairly easy to walk into town(if you don't mind a bit of a hill).

First time staying at this resort. It’s definitely not a 5* resort but we really enjoyed our time here. We stayed on a b&b basis as we wanted to eat out in Parga in the evenings. We had booked a grand bliss suite (travelling with our adult daughter) and were kindly upgraded to one with a private pool. This turned out to be such a bonus. Hotel prices were quite expensive - 8euros for a milkshake, 12/13 euros for a cocktail, club sandwich and chips 17euros (but was enough to share between 2). Plenty of choice for breakfast options. Beach was lovely with plenty of sun beds. We were told the hotel was full but we were down at the beach at 8.30am and always plenty of beds. The downside was the pool areas. There is no one big pool just lots of smaller pools but surrounded by accommodations (imagine courtyard setting) and only minimal beds around them so we were very grateful to have our own pool to dip into when coming in from the hottest part of the day. A mini market just a few steps from the hotel where we bought extra drinks, snacks and ice creams. Some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk, particular mention for Captains. 6 euros for a taxi into Parga with many restaurants along the harbour side. Great vibe with lots of cobbled streets and shops. You can also get the water taxi from opposite Captains into Parga for 3 euros each. Leaves on the hour and half past. We managed to secure a late checkout too until 4pm - it did cost 70 euros but was worth it for us. Staff always helpful and smiling. A great holiday.

We were Lucky to spend a fabulous Week at the Parga Beach Resort, in the Brand New Eden Suites ( 355) . The Suite was Excellent, Very Comfortable and well equipped. Every single member of Staff on site went out of their way to ensure all guests have a great holiday. The Facilities and location are 5 star, Set in Spectacular Gardens with Mature Olive trees, and an abundance of plants and flowers everywhere. With Temperatures in the high 30°s for the whole time we were there, being right on the Lovely Valtos beach, with its clean, safe Water meant Swimming was almost a necessity every hour ! Beach umbrellas and loungers are free for residents . The Bar and Restaurant Staff make sure you are well catered for, We were Half board , and found the Meals to be very good, and sat at a table right on the edge of the Beach for most meals . The walk in to Parga Town is easily doable if you are relatively fit, ( Quite steep and a lot of steps on the Parga side), but the Water taxi is a great and convenient way go to and from Hotel to town , Goes every 30 mins from 9:30a.m. -10:30p.m. 3€s pp per trip. We shall definitely return to this Hotel in the future.

Arrived at resort after a long tiring day, no refreshment was offered when we arrived, which in my experience is very unusual. Check in was quick and room was available straight away(20.30 hours). Room was gorgeous, really big, clean and well presented. My only fault with the room was lack of hanging space and drawers. Had to hang dresses on doors.. kept some clothes in suitcase. Went to bar in resort for a drink, it was Greek night, lots of music and dancing. Ordered a bottle of “house white” which was very nice, did not ask price, so just signed and gave room number (314) carried on with the rest of our holiday.. two trips, lots of walking and of course enjoyed the sunshine ☀️ Lots of different pool areas, with ample sun beds as well as a glorious beach. The adults only pool also had children, I think that needs looking at. Excellent beach towels which could be changed whenever needed. Breakfast was the same every day, it’s a shame that the omelettes could not be cooked to request, rather than being kept warm. Lots of choice, adults only seating area. The gardens and surrounding areas were well presented.. the staff spend so much time keeping it all clean. We checked out by the requested 11am.. it was going to be another 70 euro to keep room until 4pm.. we were not due to leave resort until 7pm. I felt that was very expect, but, had a lovely room to use for a shower. On check out.. paid the tourist tax and then was presented with our bill.. our bottle of “house white” was 50 Euro!! I feel we were ripped off, when I spoke to receptionist and customer service manager , was told it was my fault for not checking! But 50 euro was a disgrace .. so, just beware at the bar. It had happened to another couple I spoke to too😡

Positiv: Very nice garden and pools. The room was good but shower cabin could have been a little bigger. Nice patio outside. I rate the room to the best room I have got on any vacation i Greece. The hotel had many loungers on the beach which was very good. Big nice playroom in hotel basement. Negativ: Parga is not so good if you are disabled to many stairs. I missed some showers close to the gym. The wifi in the hotelroom was only working in the 3 first day of our stay in the hotel. The wifi worked fine in all other areas on the hotel so it was just in our hotel room.
