Locates along to River Kwai Yai and very good environment. It will be convenient if you take your own transportation. Room is clean but the air conditioner is toooo noisy and unable to sleep. Housekeeping staff should inform to Engineer to come and fix. You can hear the noisy voice from A/C louder than other things. TV remote control’s batteries should be changed ASAP, couldn’t change channels or volume adjus**ent. Warm water doesn’t work, please go and check. We did go to dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered Thai Omelet with Pork (Kai Condo) which was too oily and greasy. Yum Woonsen is not tasty, only spicy taste but doesn’t have other tastes at all. Pork belly and fried rice with pork were yummy. Limited choice of breakfast items. Overall I satisfied to stay here.

Reserved a Pool Villa. The room was very beautiful, but the room didn't have any fragrance at all. The room was prepared very clean, but the private pool wasn't worth playing in. There were only leaves all over the place, the water wasn't circulating, and the underwater lights didn't work. can The way to the restaurant is very far, so walking is difficult, but overall the accommodation is very ok, there is a lot of nature, there is a lot of privacy, dinner is ok. The taste was satisfactory. The staff were a little worried about taking away the dishes. As for breakfast, there was no staff at the counter in the dining room, walking around scooping up cereal, pressing coffee, and then sat and eaten for a while until a staff member walked up and asked which room we were in. Will you order any food? When checking out, waiting for the housekeeper to check the large room. Overall, the service is good. But the convenience for guests staying in pool villas or places far from the restaurant should be more convenient.

We booked Tent (11)and we loved it. Even though the inside tent is not that clean but acceptable! The air was cold and bed’s comfy. The shared-bathroom area was aged need to fix to make it perfect. Breakfast was nice
