The bathroom was bad. No proper breakfast. They just have only one item and no buffet like other hotels. Totally bad experience.

Overall experience was good. However, washroom had a typical foul smell. Ac repair service was quite slow, around 7-8 hours. Only a single water bottle was given daily to one family. Apart from this, it was all ok. Staff was cooperative.

I had booked this hotel as i did not get rooms at s rm hotel. This hotel is making the most because of its proximity to s rm institute of science and technology, kt r campus (about 3 kms away) but there is almost no service. None ever picked phone at reception. Ac installed in the room doesn't provide adequate cooling and one has to rely on fan. There are bunches of human hair flying across the room with no cleaning. Wash basin is cracked. We are checking out today however if we had a choice we would have checked out yesterday itself. The hotel lacks adequate staff and there wass virtually no service during entire stay. Food is ok.

Room size is very small. Bathrooms are not properly maintained. Geaser in our room was open with wires coming out. Only one towel provided between 3 of us. We paid for extra bed which was just one mattress without pillow and blanket. We asked for towel and blanket multiple time and they did not provide. Only good part was reception lady who guided us well and it is just 4 km from srm. The raja virundhu restaurant is a plus.

The room is very spacious but the bed sheets were very dirty. I made them change once i arrived but i got another dirty bedsheets. I can clearly see they were not washed, i used sanitizer spray all over the bed. The bathroom i have no words to explain how dirty and smelly it was. The corner was yellow with small flies that were flying around. I bought fly spray and used it. The only good thing about this hotel is it's near s rm university. The price is lower than the s rm hotel. Spacious room. Every day they made the bed but didn't change the bedsheet.

The room was average as per price. No towels, toothpaste, toothbrush was given to us. Charged extra 500rs for early login. They have given my toom near the bar where people are drinking and standing.

Room was smelling bad, service was poor. Not worth for paid charges. Food was good, breakfast was limited.
