Customer service is top notch, thank you Aarathi, Akhila and Sayanthink for making the stay comfortable. Also the didication of the room service and house keeping staffs are commendable. These guys are well trained. Will surely come back

Great customer service right from upgrading to villa in the front desk to room service folks. Saurav at the restaurant was extremely helpful. Very polite and friendly with the kids. People like saurav are your brand ambassadors. Give him a Raise !!!!

The service and infrastructure was excellent. Big thanks to restaurant team for making the visit special. The team deserves more bonus for the hardwork they do entire day.. we planned for 2 days and extended for another day since the service was too good. It was good for relaxation.

Every thing was pretty cool...love to be here.......next month again I will cum Specially kumaresh Devender Chow Tc guys.... Room service Ambience N all other regarding enjoying was pretty cool....love to be hear Movie popcorns drinks .

Had breakfast here. Food was too good. We all enjoyed. Ambience was very nice. Must especially mention the welcome we received by Theresa, who was very sweet and looked after us very well. All the staff were very friendly. We loved the experience so much!

Well served.... Nice ambience,music, We came here to watch and enjoy ipl match with some beer... This was one of our best days We enjoyed the match and the service by HARI and GOWTHAM was awesome....They made our day more beautiful... thankyou for everything guys...🍻
