Room was not secure. The balcony door is opened and can’t be closed. We requested for new room and it was a same case in the new room too. I had a sleepless night thinking about safety of my family. They don’t have room freshener too. When we entered the room i was getting cheap floor cleaner smell. When i asked for freshener, they again came with the same floor cleaner in a water bottle. Also the open bathroom was a bad option, within our room we found a big spider coming from the bathroom. Have kids in this environment is worse

Pros: good breakfast, rooms are big but not maintained. Towels are clean. Cons: not a beach resort. Beach is far and not walkable. Not maintained property. Rooms are leaking water. Ac not functioning.

First of all i would like to tell you that this place is 1. 5 km away from the sea beach. The condition of maintenance is very bad. After evening the service is almost nil. Despite the lack of facilities the room price is very high.

Good ambience nice built rooms but maintenance is average and swimming pool hygiene is not up to the mark. Need to improve in overall hygiene but rate wise it is very affordable.

Become old , very poor maintenance, booked ground floor lounge superior room in 10000 but after check in room was damaged and ask for refund to hotelier and he ask to contact Booking done through MAKE MY TRIP at same day But total spoiling mood Contact mmt but not get refund So forcefully stay , next day breakfast no buffa only 5item that was because we book on CP plan Staff dont no other language then tamil In lunch call restaurant it's close as no booking so we close I dont now who gave then 3star certificate I have photo and video I upload but hear no option to upload video so only photo I have uploaded In bf they serve idly dosa upma Fruit only papaya Juice only water melon Tea coffee No bread or any other dish No milk , When we ask for cancel breakfast they refused to do so Thanks for stay next time I sure not go even if it free of cost stay Go to hell

1) swimming pool water is very hot. Non usable. A very small pool even though they have plenty of space. 2)not even provided the tooth brush and paste said that normally we will not provide. 3)the food is very average. 4)location of the premises is very remote surrounding nothing is there. 5)totally unhappy.

Booked 3 rooms in that one room air conditioner wasn’t good enough rest all ok no proper maintenance of property

The rooms were not clean. Food is average but the price is expensive(7k spent. The outside swimming pool was good. The staffs were not professional enough and their behaviour is not up to the standards. I stayed here for two days where i left my 10k worth watch there while check out. When i called and asked for it they said it's not there. But i know it was on the table there. Totally a terrible experience! do not recommend this place for any one.
