Very poor services inside resort. Even for a water bottle I waited 1hour & got it after 3 reminders to Room service. In restaurant, the serving executives were not organized well. Got tired on reminding everything we ordered. I need to tell 3 fellows everytime to get my orders. Above all , the food cost soooo expensive. For one onion pakoda plate ( normal quantity) and 3 tea , they charge Rs.873 Inc. Tax. It was not a good Stay and comfortable stay due to above issues. There are other resorts who served better for lesser than this tariff. One plus point just here is , it has its own private beach but infact even those area was not cleaned enough.

Great food and ambiance thaks to ritam and team for wonder ful experience......... We always love to come here it like a heaven on earth all great thans to all the staff for exception service all great value for money great staff specially ritam. Good ambiance

Excellent stay all good. All staff specially Tumpa was really helpful at the restaurant. Great stay great food must visit for everyone. Near to beach side of ecr with good sea view restaurant good deals from zomato swiggy and eazy dinner. Restaurant and room stay are must visit

Good food, nice ambience, awesome customer service especially Tumpa did was really helpful and did an awesome job even at fag end of the day. Food could have been little warm. Overall good experience. Awesome beach ambience, calm and serene location.

Restaurants quantity and services are excellent... It is hot summer season and places are luxurious and spacious... Kids are enjoyed with food and service ***** with well decorated variety of toppings It is beach side resorts reachable at all seasons It is one of the best day out spot at ECR

A beautiful dinner date with gorgeous moon light.❤️ the food was really delicious. Tumpa and mamoni gave a really good services. Worth visiting. There was some privacy issu in the beginning, which they beautifully resolved it. The ocean waves were cherry on top

Mgm Resort restaurant was nice Sujatha service was very kind, Priyanka service is also kind,ambience is good, pool is very clean,battery car drivers are all very active, all the managers are patiently giving answer and there service is also good.

Great experience with a great place to handout Quick staff acknowledgment and everyone where friendly Great food and drinks.. expecting some imported beers rest all fine dining and the buffet was great eith wide spread of varieties Thanks to MGM
