Breakfast wasn't up to standard. There's cigarette smell in the lift.

Although the room is a bit small, the facilities are complete and the details are well done. I stayed here for half a month during this trip and I am quite satisfied.

It's about an 8-minute walk from Kanda Station. It's neither good nor bad, but the price is reasonable and I'm happy with it.

Very poor value for money. I paid over 10,000 yen per night, but the room was small, there were almost no amenities, and breakfast was an additional charge. The facility was generally dimly lit and had a cigarette smell. I would avoid staying multiple nights.
