An overnight stay and we wished we were staying longer. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms (lovely bedlinen), with access to a private terrace area. It also passed our three personal tests - a surface to open a suitcase properly, plenty of plug sockets, and good sized bedside tables! AND there were only pillows with laundered pillow cases on the bed - no grubby cushions! Excellent breakfast included in the already very reasonable price, as was the ample parking right next to the hotel. Very pleasant, helpful hosts. 10/10!

Ein kleines familiäres Hotel. Dadurch hat man das Gefühl, trotz Urlaub "zu Hause" zu sein. Es gibt einen Balkon an jedem Zimmer. Beim Frühstück wird man von den Besitzern persönlich bedient. Man kann über Kaffee bis heiße Schoki alles bestellen und sogar gekochte Eier oder Spiegeleier frisch gemacht bestellen. Die Auswahl ist klein aber ausreichend.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und man ist in ca 30 minuten in Weil am Rhein. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für MPS Besucher.
Nur zu empfehlen und wir werden definitiv wieder hinfahren wenn Urlaub in der Schwarzwald Gegend angesagt ist. Aber dann ohne eigenes Babybett, da bereits eines im Zimmer stand 😊

Nettes, ruhiges, familiäres Garnihotel am Rande von Kandern, rd. 500m bis zum Ortskern. Zimmer einfach, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Minibar gut ausgestattet, nur Radler fehlt , zu vernünftigen Preisen. Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört, Eierspeisen inklusive auf Bestellung. Kreditkartenzahlung möglich.

Wir waren auf dem Westweg unterwegs und haben eine Nacht übernachtet. Es wurde auf uns gewartet da wir etwas spät dran waren (kann bei Wanderungen passieren) und wurden dann freundlich empfangen und durften direkt aufs Zimmer. Wir waren sehr erschöpft. Das Zimmer im Keller war trotzdem Hell und ruhig, es hatte eine Terrasse. Frühstück war lecker und es war gemütlich und Familiär. Es gab genug Auswahl für alle, auch Eier usw. Einzig negative was uns nicht gestört hat, die Zimmer könnten moderner sein. Sauberkeit Ok

Es ist ein sehr einfaches aber tolles Garni. Unser Zimmer inkl. Bad fanden wir sehr gross und viel Ablageplatz. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Tisch. Balkon war auch gross. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfälltig für ein solch kleines einfaches Garni. Uns fehlte rein gar nichts. Der Golfplatz liegt mit dem Auto 5 Min. entfernt. Tip: Restaurant Mo und Di suchen und reservieren. Es haben die meisten Rest. geschlossen oder im August auch Betriebsferien.

I was really happy with my stay here. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic (whole wheat and whole grain bread, lunch meat, cheeses, fruit, local jam, yogurt, and granola, tea or coffee). The owners were so sweet and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
