A experiência de ficar no melhor bangalô do hotel é muito boa, porém o hotel deixa muito a desejar.
O All inclusive impõe muitas restrições, muita coisa é cobrada a parte, mal explicado e cheio de itens nas entrelinhas.. o atendimento dos colaboradores ficou muito a desejar..
A comida era ótima, mas sempre com poucos atendentes nos bares e restaurantes.
Uma vez que o hotel estava cheio, parte das atrações como seção de fotos, uso de jetski, etc já não tinha mais disponibilidade..

We stayed at Kandima for a week in May 2024 with friends and the whole experience was truly amazing. The food, the staff, the room, the resort. We stayed at a beach villa with whirlpool, the outdoor bathroom was super cool. Also rented bikes and enjoyed the ride every day. It’s a big island, takes 30 min to cross back and forth by bike. I’d definitely recommend it for couples, families and friends too. Wonderful week behind us, I’ll always cherish the memory of it.

Hôtel et chambres magnifiques, île paradisiaque (je vous conseille fortement les bungalows sur pilotis). Le personnel est au petit soin de l'arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'au départ. On ne peut passer que de bonnes vacances ! Encore merci à tte l'équipe de Kandima. Hâte de revenir :)

Best service and friendliest staff ever. It was the greatest honeymoon ever. Pictures does not do it justice. Clear water and lots of fish to see when snorkling. Food is incredible irrespective if you go to the bufeet lunch or dinner or the a le carte restaurants. I would higly recommend it to any one.
