#負評#對衛生程度，位置，服務，設施失望；提前一天携程订的房间，还打电话确认过。凌晨1点半到酒店，晚上门头不亮灯，找了十几分钟才找到，前台已经睡觉，好不容易叫醒。
重点来了，告诉我没房间了，让我走。我强烈要求下，才开始查，告诉别人住了。
携程的客户回复我，让我自行去另外的酒店住。没房就换一家住，那我提前在携程上订房干嘛？
