服務周到，所以打5分。這個價位，説實話是十一川西之行數一數二貴的一家，性價比卻是倒一倒二的。因為要經過新都橋2次，所以住了2晚，新都橋這個地方可能酒店生態就是這樣吧，川西必經之地，貴有貴的道理。5分是打給儘量滿足客人需求的熱情的店員小姐姐們。

黑青稞酒店真的是我們去了這麼多次川西新都橋服務最好的酒店。酒店風景也很美。房間設施也在當地算體驗感很好的。設備齊全。熱水洗澡都很舒服。而且衹要房間充裕都給帶小孩的升級。酒店的早餐也很不錯，還有現煮的米線現磨咖啡。對着雪景喝咖啡好治癒。剛剛入住的時候非常冷大堂就有炭火取暖，給客人準備了紅糖薑茶，露營遇到下雨凍慘了喝了馬上舒服好多都不留鼻涕了。房間提前就給客人開好了暖空調。而且吃早餐的時候遇到個很乖的弟弟，開始以為是工作人員的小孩後來聽她們説是酒店收養的孤兒。酒店真的非常人性化，我們一家人都覺得比暑假才去住的松贊體驗感更好。
