房間隔音差，可以一直聽到樓下餐廳的聲音，沒空調，有地暖沒開説不冷，然後其實本人冷到穿羽絨服，不可以自己開關嗎？無語。定的泡池房，然後不能自己開，讓她們開説電壓不夠不確定什麼時候可以。想問就一個熱水和電壓有啥關係，哦，你洗澡有熱水，用泡池就沒熱水了。泡池的木塞都沒有，咋的，我定的還不能用。要他們開才可以，服務還不好，喊半天不動。花這麼多錢，然後上當受騙。飯菜賊貴，份量還少

地理環境很好，，離景區很近，晚上很安靜，窗户打開自然風吹着很舒服，服務也很貼心，路過廚房門口看了下很乾凈衞生整潔，早餐也很豐富，娃娃吃着很舒服。

店裡的藏族小姐姐服務很熱情，老闆娘也好説話。就是設施不值房價，這種價位的民宿，衞浴潔具和農家樂差不多，硬件上不夠用心。
