酒店環境整潔，住的舒服，讓人無比舒心的是早餐廳的服務，從進門到用餐離開，餐廳服務人員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到。是以後到情歌故鄉毫不猶豫首選的酒店。

這賓館大體上中規中矩，衞生優秀，早餐豐富。自有地下停車場，在康定城區很難得，亮點的是停車管理，是用了心思的，管的很好，對住客很友好，停車方便！周圍有一家開了二十多年的川菜店，強烈推薦，餐廳能開這麼久，是有其內在邏輯的。唯一不太滿意的，是酒店前台人員的職業素質比較普通，與酒店的檔次相差太大。訂單裏包含了景區門票的，前台衹當不知道，當然我也沒追問。不值得。
