This place is old and very poorly renovated. The beds creek. The elevator was beat up, looked like a freight elevator. The stopper in the sink wouldn't open. Has to reach under and open by hand. There was a whole in the wall by the tub and one around the shower head. The shower head pressure was so strong it felt like needles. NO USB PORTS. Aged furnishings and fixtures. Small TV. The breakfast was above average. Only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Bedsheet was not clean. The room had an awful smell. The TV didn't work. We checked out a day early but I doubt they will refund the second day even though they said they would with a $12-13 fee, which is fine with me.

Check in was good, room was good, breakfast was delicious! Our room was on the side that had a lot of outside activity, (near restaurants and shopping)and we could hear a guy screaming and acting belligerent outside our window.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating..The breakfast was good. The room was adequate. The room smelled like old cheeseburger. The edges of the carpet and corners were not vacummed and there was a lot of dirt. The lamps were dusty. Theroom door looked like it had been repaired by an amateur do it your selfer. The door did not sit square in the door frame.

I stayed at the hotel recently, and despite its high reviews, I found it fell short of expectations. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues like cracked paint, dirt, and caked-up paint in various areas. While it appeared to have undergone renovations at some point, the overall look was still dated. The elevator, in particular, wasn't as clean as one would hope. A thorough renovation might be necessary to bring the hotel up to the standard suggested by its reviews. I don’t feel the stay was worth $100.

Bed, showers, and pillows - great. Staff very friendly.
Breakfast limited, had to ask at 8:00 a.m. if they would be replenishing food. TV's guide was awful. Unable to access program from guide, had to try and catch channel numbers before it switched to punch in, very limited.

We booked this hotel, even though some of the comments weren't that good. I'm glad I didn't believe them. Our room was nice, big, comfortable and clean. Great water pressure, the hot water came on immediately. The bed was high off the floor, but it didn't matter. I slept like a baby! They have the softest sheets ever! The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so-so. I made instant oatmeal, but the hot water went cold fast...more like luke-warm. Eggs were the same. But the variety they have is good. I'm also a hot chocolate and coffee drinker and they had both. All in all...loved the hotel. Good trip!
