I booked executive room but the room i got is like a lodge room. There was lot of small small holes on the toilet wall and those are covered by pieces of papers. It was very uncomfortable to use toilet. Room ac was not cold enough. Early morning room boy came and gave one bucket of water and said there is some issue on water and it will resolve by half n hour, but even after 2 hour problem was there and we were getting dirty drey water from water tap and toilet hand shower. No hot water kettle or other amenities in room. No restaurant menu in room. Totally disappointed

It is not good for family as bar is attached with hotel. Also, ac was not working in my room. Quality and facilities of room is poor

We have travel-led from bangalore to our native place, where we had to take a break at irritty, checked at surya hotel and to be precise they have excellent rooms and great hospitality by the staffs. Food was good, well managed and well served. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends amd relatives.

Deluxe room is small and all fitting are old one. Break fast time need to be changed to 7. 30 am. We got breakfast after 8. 30 am
