The hotel had very bad services during my stay,the rooms keys were not working hence ***y time calls then came boy, I had to walk back to the service desk again. And honestly the service folks were lazy, especially housekeeping and reception,no one picked the call at housekeeping as well as reception at morning 3:45 am, And rooms smell and inform the housekeeping room cleaning when I came back but my room was not clean, the housekeeping person if I'm not wrong Ajay or,his ensure me that room will be clean .very tough to stay over here.

I was provided twin bed room which i never wanted due to they were sold out when i arrived for check in. Sold out ? you accepted my booking. How come you got sold out ?

For the price, the rooms are really good. The staff was also well behaved. There are 3 different restaurants, with 3 different ambience styles. All the restaurants are good. My only minor complaint would be the loud noise at night. There is a club on the 3rd floor and i could hear it from the 1st floor.

This hotel is near to Metro and its located in open & prime location Room is same and amenities are appropriately good buffet system is good staff behaviour is good if you are single, the ZOUK is only for you which is in Roof Top, nike location with live music
