Room was not cleaned cigarettes butts lying all around tv not working, no wifi. No tea arrangement, no dustbin.

No one knows his name from the station to outside the hotel in the whole city, no internet facility, I have reached at ten o'clock before getting the room fixed, now do not give food, say not at this time, even the intercom does not work again and again visiting the reception have to talk

No food was made available even after requesting. Breakfast was again terrible only poha which was half cooked was made available, no tea no coffee. Will never recommend to anyone in my life. How can mm t promote such a worst hotel which is not even worth it's price on its portal this was the only horrible experience of my life

Location is not good, reception and customer way is very sharp

Worst room, we wasted our money

Hotel is not having seat broken, no water in the morning, exhaust is broken, chi n food quality of road stuff, no shoe shiner in the room, tv was not working, no staff available is picking the call, towel are used. People are drinking alcohol in the common area

Mm t has given this hotel 3 star rating but i found nothing in hotel, even the pantry was not thr in hotel, on the name of breakfast mm t and hotel charged 500 rupees extra and i got just a road side paratha which hotel huy brought from a thela outsude

I would recommend not to stay here as the services are very poor and if you order something either it doesn’t come or it takes 2hrs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILY FUNCTIONS. They steal gifts which were gifted by others and food that we as guests pay. NO PRIVACY THERE (workers were roaming around drawing room at night which we paid for) Understaffed the workers dispute among themselves. Cleanliness bad (we had to ask the ***ager to clean the dust at various places in rooms) ***agement is incapable doing tasks Plus the ***ager we had was denying for morning tea. The additional beds were blanket at the time we were there.
