This the only choice for me to stay if travelling to Kanpur.

Definitely not a 5 star. Seepage issues on walls, water leaking from ceiling on 9th floor gym area, average food taste, breakfast spread was basic

The service at the roof top restaurant was very very slow. The check in process also took a while. Room was not done properly, for 2 occupancy only 1 resource.

I was put up on the 16th floor. The check in was quick and had no problem at all. I was staying for 2 Nights and there was construction activity going on above floor. Both days I was unable to sleep as construction work began early morning and the noise hampered my stay. The air conditioning had problems as well. The Breakfast was still ok, definitely not staying again in the future.

Dirtiest and the worst five star hotel. The bathrooms have fungus and mold in the shower. Repairs go on all night and loud noise keeps you up all night. Only 5 star in town and wish there was some competition to keep Landmark on its toes and hopefully they would keep the location clean.

Touted as one of the best hotels in Kanpur, Landmark lures you with a good location & warm staff members. The rooms are clean & comfortable. On the whole, the property offers you a good experience. The rating is normal or average since there is no exceptional offering.

We recently hosted a party at Landmark Hotel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A huge thank you to the General Manager, Daksha, and Vinod for their incredible coordination and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and their professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. The venue was beautifully arranged, and the ambiance was exactly what we had envisioned. The staff was attentive, the food was fantastic, and every little detail was taken care of to ensure that our event was a huge success.
