Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.

Hotel is location is very good centre of city, very near to rave 3 mall. Rooms were having all basic amenities like toiletries, dental kit, shaving kit, clean towels, electric kettle, etc. I was stayed there for 2 days and booked executive room (old wing) and second day they upgraded my room, thanks to them. Executive room was not that much good as price point of view. Rooms ac was not working properly, took almost more than 7-8 hours to maintain room temperature pleasent. Very less pressure in wash room tapes. Bed, curtains, furniture, electric kettle were old and not maintained properly. But my upgraded room was good with all amenities. Hotel staff was courteous and over all good service. Hotel pool was so much dirty and i raised complaint at reception but they just ignored. Wi-fi was working excellent. Breakfast was with full of variety.

definitely one of the best hotels here. It is supposed to be about 5 years old. India is often loud, the street with the main entrance, even when there are parties in the hotel, at breakfast there is often television and loudspeakers in parallel. Breakfast usually has something for everyone, but not much meat. The hotel food in the evening is good, hotel guests get a discount. In the rooms the air conditioning is on and too loud, or off... and it quickly gets too warm. A ceiling fan can be set to low. There is a small gym and a pool, but it looks dirty. There are always short power outages, the internet is pretty unstable everywhere in Kanpur.

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. They provided the best facility like neat and clean room, clean towel, bed sheet is also clean. Staff behavior is better. All the staff are cooperative. Best part is very near to station platform no. 1, cant side

Hotel location is nice-that’s why i chooses this hotel-i was booked first time and i was check in 13th aug and the ac cooling is not working properly at the time the care taker is chases to change the room and i changed -the service is very good, room cleaning as well that’s why i was thinking to continue to stay till end of the month expecting good behaviour, cleaning and service as well the most beautiful thing is that mr. Abhay ji is quite good interaction with customers

The staff was so humble and helpful which was the best part of our stay. Talking about the food its was worth the money, they also have bar within the hotel premises. Also the rooms was well clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family during there visit to kanpur.
