Everything was okay until we headed to swim to learn the waterpark closes at 8pm daily! It should be at least till 10pm like old times on the weekends!!!!!

It’s a great stay for kids but our upgraded room with the tents had been through it. Wallpaper peeling and dust and spiderwebs very visible in the corners even though it was a high ceiling. The kids enjoyed the stay, the staff are all friendly. It’s a boisterous place with children but some consideration could be made for families with babies. The second night there was a family that was so loud that our family couldn’t sleep. When we provided feedback, they simply assured us that the family was only there for one night.

As of May 2024, they are now charging $15 a night to park! No notice in an email or I’m the reservation, just showed up and there are signs and QR codes to pay. Here’s the kicker… we aren’t even parking here over night. A complete cash grab and are they are gouging families. Families, this place is not worth it! Trust me! Great Wolf Lodge shame on you!

SEVERELY overpriced. $700 for one night is insane. Everything is extra. Front Row parking extra. They measure the amount of liquid dispensed from the soda machine. You get a half cup refill. After that it’s extra. We were supposed to have 3 beds but there were only 2 and we were supposed to have a room that opens to a balcony. We were on the basement floor. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I booked our stay and then looked at reviews and almost cancelled because we had never been to a GWL before. Glad we stayed - it was just fine! We stayed a Tuesday through Thursday in May, so perhaps being off-season made a difference. Check-in took 5 mins, and staff were friendly throughout our stay (only a couple seemed disinterested but we always got good service). We did not purchase any extra activities, or food, because of cost, and we were really just there to swim. I found the website confusing about what is/is not included. Free with our stay was the waterpark and :morning exercise class, story time, craft, evening dance party, anything in the lobby pretty much. ATTRACTIONS: Mini golf ($25 for a family to play), MagiQuest ($35+), Laser Tag ($8/game), and arcade were all extra. Calculating points for arcade was confusing, but it comes out to about $2-3 per game depending on the package, so we skipped that too. - FOOD: We ordered one pizza from Hungry As A Wolf, ready in 20 mins, for $23. It was fine. The food inside the park is expensive - $17 for a double cheeseburger meal - so we didn't visit any other restaurants. The soda machines dispense water so I was able to fill our water bottles. Coffee shop makes a good latte :). If you drink alcohol be prepared to spend $8-10 on a hard seltzer/beer and $16 on a slushie. - ROOM: We had a family room, which was good size. Our room was very clean, front desk was very responsive to texts, and mini fridge could hold quite a bit. The doors and furniture had some scuffs, that made it seem dated. But, family hotels This is important because you can save a lot of money if you just bring snacks and microwaveable meals - or go to the multiple fast food places within a mile. They provide shampoo, body wash, lotion. Wished they offered conditioner, so bring yours. - WATERPARK: the waterpark was clean, large shower/changing stalls, and the water is lightly chlorinated so you aren't coughing or burning eyes after being there all day. BEST most attentive lifeguards I have ever seen at a pool. It's not the largest indoor waterpark, but there is enough to do for 2 days. My favorite feature - SEPARATE hot tubs for family vs an adults only one, so little kids aren't splashing around in adult hot tub. - Tips: If you're going for the waterpark, and you can get a good deal (maybe under $150/nt) I would say it's well worth it. Reading other reviews, I too would be upset if I spent $1000 on 2 nights here. Day passes are $40 each, so if room price is high could consider that.

The room was nice and clean the beds and pillows were fluffy and lot of room.the employees where the nicest people ever and the water park was fun and big it was good for adults and kids the only down side was when I went down one of the slides with my mom her wrist ban fell of but the life guards helped and she got a new one and the lifeguards are so helpful I was under water to for 30 seconds and the life guard was gonna jump In. But when I tried to play laser tag with my mom and dad there was only two guns so my mom couldn’t play but the arcade was fun I was playing a game and I didn’t get my tickets but I asked them and they gave it to me.the mini golf was fun but it was really basic but fun I had a fun time here you should come here. I won a big Yoshi out of the arcade machine

We had booked a birthday trip for my son, staying 10/8-10/10. We got to the hotel around 12 and received our wristbands and headed to the waterpark. The waterpark was nice, crowds were low and we had a great time. We ordered pizza for supper from the app and it was ready quickly and pretty good. We went to sleep and around 1, I woke up to something crawling on me. I grabbed it and snapped a quick picture. Frantically googling, it looked very much like a bedbug that had just had a meal to me. I took the picture to the front desk and said I think we have bedbugs in our room. She took a look at the picture and quickly replied that it was just a water bug they sometimes get, and she would move us rooms. I decided I couldn't stay, so we packed up our two young children and drove the few hours home. I'd asked about a discount and the night desk person was only able to give 40 or 50% off. I can't remember for sure, but the manager would call us in the morning when they got in. We did receive follow up that they had a third party come check out the room and there were no active bedbugs. They showed them a picture and the third party said it was a beetle based on the way the legs were. I wasn't convinced, so I contacted a local pest company who said it was definitely a bedbug.

This place is outdated. The pool area is old, the water is foggy and has way too much chlorine, it’s dark and musty. The rooms are okay the bathroom was way too small we stayed in a family room the bathroom was so tiny. The front desk people have an I don’t want to be here attitude. The location is great you have the legends shopping center, surrounded by restaurants and good food, you can probably find a cheaper hotel with an indoor pool with a much experience than this.
