My only complaint is that it was too easy to hear the people above our room! They were walking around all hours of the night.. I should t be able to hear them through the walls just walking… it woke me up multiple times, so the sound proofing is not great for the price. Otherwise, it was nice and clean and friendly staff

We choose this hotel because if the hot tub/pool and the overall appearance. It is rundown and in the middle of nowhere. My family checked in and headed to the pool. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom and cold. My kids who will swim just about anywhere wouldn’t even get in. The hot tub was roped off and said closed due to resurfacing of the walls. We went back to the room and I called the front desk. They said the hot tub should be open sometime that day or the next. Went by later when heading out and it was open but the water was freezing. The next morning the hot tub was empty and the pool was still cloudy and cold. I had read comments about there being ants but figured since it’s March that shouldn’t be a problem. There was mold and ants all over the pool area. The entire hotel is dated. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere or stayed somewhere cheaper without a pool since we couldn’t use this one. Walls are thin and we could hear a baby crying over the TV.

Great for our 1 night stay. Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was nice. Only complaint kids running in the halls after 9:30 PM

Easy check in. The only downfall was somebody hit the emergency stop on the hot tub so it took well over an hour to heat back up, but someone was there immediately to look at it. Bed were very comfortable and the breakfasy was very good. We had a wonderful girls trip!

The only issue I had was my room being near the storage closet for the employees. Loud noises early in the morning and late in the evening. Woke up to sounds like water pouring into my room at 6 am! I liked everything else besides that! Will stay there again!

Had a great one night stay with my fiancé on a road trip. Great parking even with a pickup and 30 ft trailer. Awesome bartender that made a great Old Fashioned. Was able to enjoy the evening around the outdoor patio with a great view of the KC skyline.10/10 would recommend. Ps. if you haven't tried it yet, order yourself some Hawaiian Bros food. Delicious

We stayed two nights, expecting a good breakfast each morning. The kitchen was closed both mornings. We picked this hotel because of the free breakfast and went out both days. I understand that things happen, but when part of the payment is for food, and no food is available, a discount should be offered. Don't you think?

The first room the heat/air unit did not work. I went to the from desk and they said it would be a couple of minutes. After 15 minutes I west to the desk again and was told it would be a couple of minutes. After the maintenance guy arrived and checked the unit he told me it had the same problem recently and he was able to clear the error but did not know why or what went wrong. Since this was a known problem they should not have rented this room. Breakfast closing should be at the checkout time and not an hour earlier.

If you are traveling with kids, and a comfortable pool is high on your priority list, I would strongly urge you to keep swiping. Anytime we travel, the pool is our highest priority. We gave this place a chance because it was near our destination. Upon arriving, the kids instantly got ready for the pool and away we went. When we entered the pool area, we were surprised to see a number of kids in the hot tub, but the pool was empty. One swish of my toes in the glacial stream water was enough to answer the why in my mind. The kids did swim, but after shivering in the Arctic Ocean water, can quickly back to the hot tub. It’s too bad, because the rest of the experience there was just fine.

They refused to allow my 20 year old son to check in and refused to provide a refund. Said u had to be 21 to stay. Ok, but give back his money!! I’ll have to dispute the credit card bill now.

Pretty good property besides the fact that my shower did not work in my room during my stay, and I was staying here for a big event . Really not the best feeling not getting to freshen up before an event .

This property held my card $25 a day for incidentals. Which would have been fine except a week after I checked out they're still holding that money for incidentals. I called the property talked to the rudest front desk person ever who told me there were no managers there there would be no managers there and that there was nothing anybody would do and I guess I just wasn't going to get that money back but couldn't tell me what incidentals they were charging me for. I have never been treated so rudely by a hotel ever and we travel often. When I asked again to speak to a manager I was told that they don't keep track of their manager's schedules and they're probably wouldn't be anybody for me to ever talk to.
