I book this hotel because of location and amenities,I get there hot tub out of order,smell in lobby,Breakfast was not available after I paid extra for my breakfast.I need a refund

I didn't like that it was difficult to find out on their website whether they serve breakfast. Turns out they sell a "breakfast box" and for what is in it, it's quite expensive. The two women at the front desk couldn't have been sweeter.

The hotel was good. large clean rooms, plenty of open areas to gather. The stay was comfortable.
Don't like the idea of paying for parking when driving to a hotel. what are you to do with your car. we did not fly out to anywhere where we would leave our cars for a period of time. also to wait 3 weeks for a refund for damage when it is charged to you in a second is not good.
