Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City Sport Complex Area

It worked for what we needed it for, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Old and worn, plus a huge brown recluse spider in the sink. 

Location was great. Room was just ok. Walls are thin and heater was excessively noisy.

I am very unhappy with this reservation. I paid $375 for one night, and the wallpaper is peeling off, there is no hot water in the shower, dirty washclothes left in my shower, two towels, no shampoo, or soap, etc. Extremely outdated. Not near the stadium. Very disappointed. Also the pool is closed. Not coming here again.

Close to Arrowhead was a real plus. Definitely could use some updating. Staff at desk and breakfast where great!

The walls around the hotel are filthy like they haven't seen paint in 20 years the walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors talking and walking through the hallway, the doors are so thin I heard very un-kid friendly noises. They say they provide things you forgot but they don't have stock. The only thing I liked was the dove shampoo and soap they provide. Would not recommend especially at this price.

Always a great visit when we come to Kansas City. Very comfortable bed. Pet deposit is a little steep but other than that very good visit.

Left my IPad in the room. It was turned in and returned to me by housekeeping staff. I was impressed by the staff’s honesty & responsibility! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!
