The room is great. The only knock is that the window faces a wall, but we were there only one night so not such a big deal.

Incredible Property. Stayed three nights for meetings. Staff was very helpful and attentive to any issues, however, dead batteries were the only issue I could possibly complain about. Parking is convenient being only steps away from the hotel and a side door right next to elevators. Rooms were a decent size for a downtown hotel and had all the amenities needed. Jazz club downstairs was also very nice.

Ambassador Hotel conducted renovations at midnight when guest were trying to sleep. It was utterly ridiculous.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel room was very clean and it had an upscale feel to it. The lobby is intimate and inviting. There is coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon and evening to enjoy in the lobby area. Loved our experience.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel bar/restaurant was also 5 star. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel. T-Mobile center is a block away, as is Power and Light. Perfect location for both. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was just beautiful. It is in a great location. We went for a concert it was only a 7 minute walk! The bar and dining area is a good size and they had great food and drinks! The rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable! We will definitely go back again!
