We were guaranteed the pool (a big draw for the hotel) would be open the next morning before we checked out. It was still closed the next day and we were rushed out of our room before check out time by housekeeping. Great location but just about everything else about this hotel is average. Not worth the price point.

Lake and Aniah were welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions and assisted me while I was checking in and as I was leaving. This hotel has wonderful staff members. The food on the 7th floor was delicious and had a great view of the city.

Stayed two nights for a weekend getaway. Location and accommodations were excellent. Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk at arrival and throughout our stay. Enjoyed a delicious meal at NineZeroOne. Kayla, our server, was very attentive and personable. We will definitely return.

Lovely stay for a family wedding. The bed was very comfortable and shower was fantastic. I would have given 5 ⭐️ if the bathroom lighting wasn’t so dim and the lounge closed far too early even though it was full. The pick up by ride share was easy to identify and check up went smooth.

Keito greeted us at the door and provided excellent service. Highly recommended. He was very friendly and courteous. Explained the parking situation for us and we decided to leave our car in his hands. We said we would need the car in a short time to make a trip for dinner and Keito said he would leave the car out front so we wouldn't have to wait long.

Great service all around. Comfy bed, nice restaurant, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Front desk was helpful when we forgot a toothbrush, coffee at the Somaroum was excellent in the morning and Lakota did great with valet to wrap up our experience.

We went to the rooftop bar and had the best experience. We had a ton of fun with Joey. We got drinks, had great food, and really enjoyed our time. The staff made the experience 10x better and I would highly recommend! Thank you Joey and the staff for making it such a good experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. If you are wanting a nice design experience, the best part of this hotel is the lobby. Perhaps the designers liked tone on tone, in other words, black, dark grey, light grey through out. Makes for a gloomy guest room, as well as the dining and bar area. Our guest room was very poorly lit so I had to try to use the light from the windows. Strange hallways.
