All the associates were amazing! The front desk associates were so friendly, professional and and helpful. Mitch the mixologist was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave great recommendations for restaurants and things for children to do.

Staff was great, nice and knowledgeable on things to do in the city. Food was great. Room was comfortable. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean. Atmosphere was great for the time of season.

Hotel was nice and half of the staff were friendly while the other not so much. On a positive I was offered free breakfast one day as they were just getting ready to throw out the extras, so that was nice. On a negative I was told the bottomless mimosas they had displayed were not available. I had asked the day previously the times it was offered and they told me to come out between 7 and 10 tomorrow which I did and then I was told it wasn’t available. Very disappointing.
