I specifically booked a room that slept 6 (a suite). Upon checking in, we discovered that we had a standard room with two queen beds, clearly only able to sleep 4. I visited the front desk and was told that we were given a “Bridal Suite,” that was considered such because it had been recently updated. Mind you, this room didn’t even have all of the amenities listed as included in a standard room (I.e. refrigerator). After inquiring how we were expected to move forward and what our options were, we were told they were fully booked, had to move people around as it was and that there was nothing they could do. No offer to comp the difference in a suite/standard room, nothing. I asked about getting a rollaway bed and was told that was not an option. I’ve been messaging with ******* and the hotel is giving them the runaround and refusing to remedy the situation. I have stayed booked with *******/Holiday Inns for years and can confidently say that will be the last visit.

Far from everything but very nice and clean hotel. There is a restaurant inside which we did not try, but a plus. I dont know that I would walk around at night.

No breakfast when EVEY holiday inn we have stayed at included breakfast. Way too expensive for not including anything.
