Hotel BM International

Not far from Sarajevo International Airport, the environment is okay, the room is not big, but very clean, cheap and good quality! Breakfast was okay. Before leaving, the front desk called a taxi for me.

I was looking for a place near the airport in Sarajevo for my return trip. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the airport, and I knew there wasn't anything (eating places, etc.), but the worst part was the bathroom in the room. The button for the drain? Once the water was exposed and I flushed it once, the water wouldn't stop flowing. When I told the woman at the reception, she said she would let the man go, but I waited in the room for about 30 minutes, but no one came. Back to the reception. The woman was no longer there, and when I told the man who was in her place, he responded as if he hadn't heard, probably because I hadn't told him. I asked the man to look at the toilet, left the key with me, and went out to eat. When I returned, he told me that it wasn't fixed, but it was still usable (no water was leaking). Even after I used the toilet, the water continued to flow, so I left it as it was. Did you mean to say that it will flow? In the end, I left it there even though I was done with it. I was shocked at how this situation was handled overseas, even though it was different from Japan. Since I paid to stay here, I feel angry that they didn't do a minimum inspection of the facilities beforehand. What did the people who stayed there before me do? Has it been the same since then? I don't know about the other rooms, but I shouldn't choose them. It's a waste of money.

As far as the staff is concerned, it's perfectly fine. Constantly 👎 Breakfast 👎

Everything clean, good beds, quick check-in checkout

Large rooms, our 2 bed rooms had a total of 6 beds! Bathroom ok, shower cubicle very small. Spring mattresses take a lot of getting used to, as you can feel them very much, especially when lying down. The food is good.
