Great location. Very close to the beaches and sunrise view points. Accessible to the main jetty point for taking the ferry to Vivekanand rock memorial also. They provide delicious breakfast too included in the booking.

Hotel does not have a fridge or basic toiletries in some rooms,as we traveled in a group Restaurants was closed when we tried twice during our stay, Location was good, near the rock and shops

Good solid hotel not far from view points. Clean and comfortable room with a small balcony. . Didn’t seem to have a restaurant just breakfast, but I didn’t have it there. Surrounding area as to be expected - bit scruffy and lots of rubbish. I liked the colourful houses of the area.

Bedding was ok. Breakfast was okish. The toilets weren't maintained properly. The towels were super dirty. The a/c wasn't working properly. When i called maintenance, the staff behaviour was very rude. Only positive thing is the proximity. It's close to ferry, temple, sunrise point and restaurants.

As I was reaching early morning so I called them 1 day advance and they told that rooms are available and can be given at minimum charges . But when I reach on 23 rd April morning 1st they told rooms are not available then they told to asked for 3700 for early check in and AC room charge as I have booked the non AC room . As I have the family so I have to accept the offer . Also they want this money in cash only . So I had paid to them .Post that the 1 room given to us was having the AC issues . After some attempts I came to know they are switching it off from the office , because the person who took money from me had not informed further to next staff who was in charge . After informing them ***y time that I had paid the AC charge to his morning staff , they asked again extra money for the AC , and took again 1000 for AC room .

Rooms are good & clean. Reception people are very cooperative and curious. Good staff. Complimentary breakfast is good. Comfortable stay. They were generous enough to extend our check out by 2. 5 hours. Location is good. Only drawback is hot watter making kettle is not provided in the room

Very bad hotel in terms of stay and food. Nothing is there in hotel. Don't book hotel via make my trip they don't do audit and contain false information
